I was awarded this book as a prize in Dec 1968. Finally read it. General Custer’s last stand at the Battle of Little Big Horn. Enjoyable little adventure yarn about a time the TV shows never really capture. Some significant commentary about the life of the Indian tribes and their treatment by gold hungry settlers.
